Delete Account and Data
Your privacy matters to us. This option allows you to permanently remove your account along with all associated personal data. This action is irreversible.
If you want to keep your account but only delete your personal data, please follow the steps in our Delete Data instructions instead.
Steps to Delete Your Account and Data:
- Open the App: Launch the app on your mobile device.
- Login to Your Account: Use your registered email and password to log in.
- Go to Settings: Tap the gear icon or navigate to the menu and select Settings.
- Select Account Data: In the Settings menu, tap on Account Data.
- Delete Account and Data: Press the Delete Account and Data button. This will permanently remove your account and all associated information.
Important: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
