How to Delete Your Data in the App
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete only your data while keeping your account active, please follow these simple steps:
Steps to Delete Your Data:
- Open the App: Launch the app on your mobile device.
- Login to Your Account: Use your registered email and password to log in.
- Go to Settings: Tap the gear icon or navigate to the menu and select Settings.
- Select Account Data: In the Settings menu, tap on Account Data.
- Delete Only Data: Press the Delete Only Data button. This will remove all your personal data from our system while keeping your account accessible.
Important: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
