Welcome to Tattoo-Healer! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile app and related services (“Service”). By using Tattoo-Healer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By downloading, installing, or using the Tattoo-Healer app, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.
  • If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Tattoo-Healer.
  • By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3. Use of the Service

  • The Service provides tattoo aftercare reminders, educational content, and access to tattoo artist information (when available).
  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, graphics, and materials in the Tattoo-Healer app are owned by or licensed to Tattoo-Healer.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

  • If you submit content (feedback, suggestions, photos, messages) through the Service, you grant Tattoo-Healer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.

6. Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Tattoo-Healer makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content or services provided.
  • We do not provide medical advice; always follow your tattoo artist’s professional instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattoo-Healer and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violating these Terms or for any reason without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Tattoo-Healer may update these Terms from time to time.
  • The updated Terms will be posted in the app.
  • Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of UK.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in London.
