Din checklista inför din tatueringsbesök

1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your session. Good hydration can help your skin be more elastic and make the tattooing process easier.

2. Avoid Alcohol and Blood Thinners: Stay away from alcohol and certain medications (like aspirin) for at least 48 – 36 hours before your appointment. They can thin your blood, increase bleeding, and affect your pain threshold.

3. Moisturise: If you don’t moisturise already, start at least a couple of weeks before your appointment. Well-moisturised skin can help the tattoo needles glide more easily during the process, help the ink saturate better.
4. Get Plenty of Rest: A good night’s sleep before your appointment helps you stay relaxed and comfortable during the session.

5. Eat a Good Meal: Have a healthy meal before you go in. This keeps your energy up and helps with your tolerance to any pain.

6. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Dress in something comfortable, and make sure your tattoo area is easily accessible.

7. Do not forget your ID!

8. Communicate Any Concerns: If you have allergies or medical conditions, let your tattoo artist know ahead of time.
